Package Rates are inclusive of :

•	Rates are quoted nett per person per package
•	Rates quoted are inclusive of coffee and Tea making facilities.
•	Air-Conditioned rooms with attached bathroom and fan.
•	Free-flow beverages (excluding alcoholic and carbonated drinks).
•	Boat & Guide for snorkeling trips.
•	Recreation facilities –karaoke, outdoor/indoor games.
•	Complimentary 2 ways Boat Transfer from Merang Jetty to Redang Bahtera Resort.
•	No charge for children under 3 years old occupying same rooms as parents based on existing beddings
•	Rates are inclusive of breakfasts, lunches and dinners as shown below.
•	Package does not include the following items : - Land Transfer - Rates are not inclusive of Snorkeling equipment. - Package are quoted not including the Marine Park Conservation Fees of RM5.00 for adult and RM2.50 for children. - Rental of life jacket (RM10.00 per unit/duration of stay) - Rental of mask (RM10.00 per unit/ duration of stay) - Rental of fins (RM15.0 per unit / duration of stay)

Terms & Conditions :

•	Surcharge at RM 25.00 nett per adult and RM 12.00 nett per child is applicable on Weekend , Public Holidays & School Holiday
•	Package 3 days and 2 nights are inclusive three (3) Snorkeling trips.
•	Package 2 days and 1 nights are inclusive one (1) Snorkeling trips.
•	Children below 12 Years old is chargeable at 50% of the package rate.
•	Infant age 1 to 3 years old shall be charged RM35.00 nett per bed per night.
•	Weekend check in are for Friday to Saturday.
•	Weekday check in are for Sunday to Thursday.
•	Rates are quoted nett inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
•	Marine Park Entrance Fees are compulsory for all guest visiting Redang Island and chargeable at RM5.00 per adult and RM2.50 per child and valid for 3 days stay
•	Check Out Time : 8.30 am – 9.30 am
•	Check In Time : 8.30.am - 9.30 am.
•	Extended check-out during Peak Period: - Up to 6pm – 50% of published rates imposed. - After 6pm – one day’s rate imposed.
•	Airport transfers can be arranged with ample prior notice and is chargeable accordingly (individually or group).
•	Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
•	Payment shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit.
•	The management reserved the right to alter the itinerary or cancel a tour due to unforeseen operational conditions.
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room reservation are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one nights' charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort's bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
•	Snorkelling on Friday afternoons starts at 3.00 p.m.
•	Please be punctual for snorkeling activities and boat transfer to mainland. Latecomers will not be entertained and are responsible for their own arrangement. Any missed snorkeling activities will not be replaced
•	Late check-out departure to mainland is subjected to prior arrangement and room availability.
•	Please report to the reception not less than ½ hour before boat departure.
•	Valuables may be kept at the check-in counter or in the safe box for safekeeping. Valuables kept in room are at your own risk
•	A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation of reservation and the balance must be paid 2 weeks before departure.
•	The management reserves the right to revise the above facilities and rates without any prior notice.
•	Any late special request for the land & Boat Transfer other than the schedule stated above shall be subjected to additional charge. The resort reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the boat departure due to see and weather conditions.
•	Resort is closed yearly from 01 October to end of February due to the monsoon and maintenance works.
•	We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club and Amex.
•	We do not have credit card facilities but we have use other resort credit card facilities chargeable at 4% of the package rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

Low Season

One nights/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 8 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

Peak Season

One nights/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 10 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

NOTE :

Conservation Levy :

As required by Marine Park Department of Malaysia, it is now a requirement that all visitors to Redang Island are required to pay a Conservation Levy of RM5.00 per adult and RM2.50 per child per entrance, which is valid for 3 days. If you are staying for more than 3 days please inform the Marine Department Officer to obtain the appropriate number of passes.
The Levy shall be collected by the Marine Department Officer at the Tourist Terminal Jetty at Merang prior to boarding the boat to Redang Island.
